He has over 15 years management experience for corporations, financial institutions in Vietnam and USA (Merrill Lynch, Protiviti, Logan-Rockefeller Global and Leadvisors).

He successfully architected dozens of hundred-million-dollar transactions for both Vietnamese corporations and foreign investors. He sits as the Chairman and executive BOD member in various companies and organizations where he directly gets involved in strategic planning and management.

He holds B.S. from Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University.

Nobuyuki Matsukura is the Executive Board Member of IDS Equity Holdings, representing Samurai Power, Inc. – the Japanese strategic partner of IDS.

He has expertise and experience in the field of real estate development and operation, financing, non-performing loans and corporate management in many countries including Japan, USA, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Currently, he also serves as the Executive Director in several corporations (both listed and non-listed) including Raysum Co., Ltd – a Japanese public-listed company specialized in NPL restructuring and real estate investment.

Matsukura holds Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, USA.

Former Governor of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), a policy-based financial institution 100% owned by the Japanese government. In his previous position, he served as the Managing Director (Outside Director) from April 2012.

Prior to joining JBIC, he held various senior executive positions in the private sector, including but not limited to: Chairman and CEO of Fuji Fire and Marine Insurance Company, Vice Chairman of AIG Japan Holdings and Corporate Senior Executive Vice President of Sony Corporation.

He started his career with Sumitomo Bank (currently Sumitomo-Mitsui Banking Corporation, SMBC) in 1967 and served as the Managing Director in the late 1990s. In his career at Sumitomo Bank, he stationed in New York for 13 years since 1985, during which he served as, inter alia, the President Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets and Managing Director of Sumitomo Bank heading Americas and Europe. He holds extensive knowledge about cross-border financing and international capital markets.

Graduated from Tokyo University, Faculty of Law in 1967, and earned Diploma from Institute of International Study and Training in 1971, the graduate school founded by the Japanese government.

He is Argo Group Founder, President and Representative Director. Within 7 years, he lead the company to become top independent servicer in Japan.

He has 23 years of practical experience and management experience in the following fields: M & A, corporate revitalization, servicer, foreign company investment, real estate investment, money lending business

Prior to founding Argo, he had 7 years of experience at Shinsei Bank, specialized in corporate financing and nonperforming loan collection.

He had experience directing M&A, self-position M&A, corporate rehabilitation investment and lending directly over 30 companies.

He also had 10 years of management experience at a listed company on Tokyo Stock Exchange.

He graduated from the Department of International Economics, Faculty of Economics, Yokohama National University.

He is a founding partner of UMJ Ikeya Investment Ltd, a Myanmar focused growth stage VC fund.  Through his investments, he holds board positions for some of Myanmar’s most successful enterprises, including Bagan Innovation Technology, CarsDB, GLAMMK and Century Finance.

In addition, he is a founding partner of Emerging Markets Entrepreneurs - Myanmar, an investment fund focused on seed and early stage startups in Myanmar.   He is the investment director, leading the investment team in the deal execution process.

Hitoshi also serves as an advisor for several Japanese companies operating in South East Asia.

Prior to the investment management and advisory business, he worked in the investment banking industry for over 10 years. (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and HSBC Securities)

He holds a B.A. from Cornell University.

Phuong joined the Company in the beginning of 2018

He has over 30 years of experience in Tourism and Hospitality industry

Prior to that, he held many executive position at Hanoi Tourist Corporation, largest State-Owned Tourism company in Vietnam.

Trung has 10+ years in M&A, in finance - banking and private equity at different foreign and domestic companies.

Prior to Leadvisors, Trung was a Senior Investment Executive at Pacific Management Asset Company, a fund management company providing various services such as fund management, portfolio management and investment consultancy in addition to private equity investment.

Trung used to serve as a Senior Analyst in Global Capital Markets Division and R&D Division at LienVietPostBank, being in charge of financing and capital raising transactions domestically and internationally. 

He holds a B.S. in Finance from National Economics University and is a CFA Level III candidate.

Van has 10+ years of experience in local finance and real estate industries at different foreign and domestic companies.

She was a senior financial analyst of Capital Seaweed – a private company piloting seaweed cultivation on large scale with integration of low-income farmers and promote seaweed value chain in the central of Vietnam. Her role was to be in charge of corporate finance and support in raising foreign funds from NGO organizations.

Additionally, Van was a Senior Expansion Officer at Big C Vietnam – a hypermarket operator from France. She worked together with a team to acquire premises to expand the hypermarket network all over Vietnam. Her job went through an execution process from site finding, feasibility studying, deal negotiating and closing and following up until the supermarket opening.

She holds a B.A. in English Linguitics from Hanoi University and she is a CFA Charter Holder.

Minh joined IDS Equity Holdings in 2022 as Director of Hospitality Development in charge of development and operation of the company’s hotel and resort portfolio.

Prior to IDS, Minh led a successful development and management of the Dusit Princess Moonrise resort Phu Quoc as its Deputy General Director. With over 10 years of management experience in various international and local institutions, he brings together a systematic approach to hotel management and authentic leadership to drive business transformation.

Minh holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and most currently a certificate in Hotel Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University.

Trang joined IDS Equity Holdings in 2021 and is responsible for Design Management and Coordination as Directions for real estate and hospitality project developments within the group's portfolio.

Previously, Trang served as Design Director of qualified real estate development group of Bim Group, Eurowindow Holdings... and has more than 17 years experiences working at real estate and hospitality project, especially 5 stars hotels and resorts.

Trang holds a Master of Architecture at the University of Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Minh Joined IDS Equity Holdings in 2020 and is responsible for all design coordination and directions for real estate developments within the group’s portfolio.

Prior to joining IDS Equity Holdings, Minh was Deputy Director at Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (BEA) Hanoi where he was reponsible for the internal operation of the design teams including Architecture, Interior and Landscape as well as the external cooperation between clients, consultants and operators. Minh worked with colleagues internationally from the BEA network of global studios and has overseen the creation of concepts for several key projects in Vietnam from 5 star hotels to large scale resorts, office buildings to mixed use developments.

Minh holds a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, United States.

Lan joined IDS Equity Holdings in the beginning of 2019

Previously, he was an Associate at Advisory - Performance Improvement at Ernst & Young Vietnam and Financial Analyst at IC&D, a company operating in Automobile, transportation services, hospitality and office leasing industry.

Lan holds a Master degree in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London and has passed all three levels of CFA program.

Le Quynh Trang has been working as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman since 2015.

Previously, Trang has over 6 years of experience as the Investment Associate at Oceanbank.

She earns a B.A. in International Business degree from Foreign Trade University.
